Throughout our work, we frequently encounter individuals seeking support—whether to stock their retail shops or join our delivery and sales teams. Our mission focuses specifically on empowering individuals from marginalized communities where we operate, including Kibera, Mukuru, and Kangemi.
Trevor's story resonates profoundly with us. Despite facing numerous setbacks in his entrepreneurial journey—from selling peanuts to managing a small kiosk that struggled with inventory, to even attempting a second-hand clothing business with limited success—he never surrendered his dreams.

What sets Trevor apart is his remarkable humility and extraordinary consistency. He reached out multiple times seeking guidance on restocking his kiosk, and we're thrilled that this week, we finally had the opportunity to connect with him. Our team will soon provide comprehensive training on successful retail management, and we're incredibly excited that Trevor will then have the chance to either operate his own store or work within one of our established locations.
